Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days
Once your order has reached our shipping company, it will take the following time frame to be delivered to you:
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.
Additionally, there are extenuating circumstances where your order might take a bit longer than the expected delivery date, due to delays or other factors that are out of control. Please understand that the expected delivery date is based on data across all our orders and should be used as an estimate, and not a guarantee.
FaiShak will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
FaiShak accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. FaiShak may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.

Return & Exchange Policy
We at FaiShak have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at email@example.com
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
